The attested photocopy of the following documents are to be submitted along with the Application Form:
- The originals are to be produced at the time of admission
- Birth Certificate / Age Certificate,
- Pass Certificate/s,
- Mark sheet of the Examination/s appeared,
- Character Certificate from the Headmaster or Principal of the school / college last attended,
- Permanent Residential Certificate,
- Caste Certificate (in case of candidates belonging to S.T. /S.C / OBC, MOBC category),
- Migration Certificate,
- Two Passport size photograph,
- Medical Fitness Certificate,
- Fathers / Guardians Income Certificate
